Ab Initio Recruitment approached Creative State to create a brand identity and website for their new business, specialising in placing solicitors into locum, contract, interim and permanent roles across Yorkshire and the North of England.
We were also required to brand their social media channels, and work closely with their recruitment software company, TriSys, to ensure their client and candidate emails were styled in line with their new email marketing campaigns.
We were tasked with creating a brand identity that would help Ab Initio stand out within the market place, support their straightforward approach, and tie in with their company tag line "your recruitment partner from the beginning".
Ultimately, our objective was to provide Ab Initio Recruitment with a presence that supported the development of their brand image as a top legal recruiter, and showcased them as a standout brand and trusted advisor within the market place.
We created a very simple logo for the Ab Initio brand, which could be used effectively across all online and offline marketing material. This accompanied a website that followed a similarly clean, simple and straightforward style.
The website places emphasis on quality content and features. Clear signposting of content ensures that candidates and clients understand quickly that they are dealing with a reliable recruiter who understands the market.
The brand and website launched in October 2010 to positive feedback from candidates and clients. The inclusion of a blog facility to enable Ab Initio Recruitment create regular articles and share their knowledge with the recruitment community is also supporting them in their new venture.
