Fountain Court Apartments offers visitors a superb choice of quality accommodation in Edinburgh, including one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments and stunning duplexes. Their website was in need of a refresh, and we were asked to produce an online video to promote their services.
We first worked with Fountain Court in 2007 to enhance the look and feel of their website in line with a recent rebrand. In late 2009 they approached us to create an elegant, stylish and contemporary online promotional video, which was updated along with their website in 2011.
Fountain Court Apartments strive to keep on top of their digital presence. By working with us on an annual basis to review their needs, we're able to make continual improvements to increase their conversion rate, improve calls to action and stay on top of design trends.
With this most recent update we were asked to clearly signpost content for corporate and leisure travellers, improve the visibility of special offers and simplify the overall user experience. We were also asked to incorporate a rotating promotional banner that displays up-to-date content.
The objectives for the website were achieved by improving the navigation and simplifying the number of choices for the end user, streamlining the booking form to free up space to bring special offers further up the page and incorporating online video into the promotional banner.
Both the website and online video reflect the offline brand image, and capture the personality and professionalism of Fountain Court Apartments, presenting them with a platform to promote their services in an interesting way.
Matthew Jackson, Senior Account Manager at Occupancy Marketing, commented "Creative State has been key to driving forward the performance of the Fountain Court Apartments website. As a result of the design enhancements, the conversion rate and user interaction on the website has improved considerably."
Fountain Court Apartments have also received great feedback from both their leisure and corporate customers. Their online video is a successful selling tool and their occupancy rates have increased dramatically with 2011 being one of their strongest years yet.
