The Client: Georgiana Head Recruitment

Georgiana Head Recruitment are a recruitment consultancy specialising in the taxation profession. They offer a bespoke service that is tailored to the needs of individual clients and candidates.

Their own clients range from the Big 4 accountancy firms and the Top 20 niche tax boutiques, law firms and in-house tax departments.

The Brief: Georgiana Head Recruitment started up in business in early 2007 and approached Creative State to design and build their website. They wanted to use a consultant who was clear about their vision and asked us to come up with a design that was practical, yet had a funky edge to it.

We got Creative State's details from the Chamber of Commerce in Leeds and found that, of all the web designers we interviewed, Sarah had a clear vision of what our company is about. I think Creative State offers very good value for money for a sophisticated end product. Sarah added value because she has been able to liaise with our database software providers and brand designers and has taken some of the project management away from us, allowing us to get on and do our core job of recruiting.

I think the brief we gave Creative State was quite tricky given we're a specialist taxation recruitment consultancy, which isn't easy to brand. However, the end result is excellent.
